78 year old with new Focus Jam 2 i East Anglia UK

Hi all just bought the above after many years riding rigid frame hybrid ....the difference is like night and day.....should have done it years ago.It should keep me peddling for a good few years yet.
Love the technology , bought the Jam for its lighter weight ,style, bar mounted display and extra battery possibility.thin I would have preferred the Bros motor though.
Can any owners advised if there should be instructions about general maintence and battery handling (ie initial charge etc) as dont have any with my paperwork.

Thanks for the info I guess Its on the Cd but I have not got my head round it yet........
