If anyone is interested. Just brought a new Reign E+0 with 750wh battery and out of interest wanted to see if it would fit in my 2019 Trans E+0 SX Pro that would normally have a 500wh battery. Not that I am going to use it on this bike, but I also believe Giant do a different cover to allow you to do this if you want.

The length of the 500/625/750/800 batteries is the same, but 750 and 800 are a bit thicker.
The 750WH is just to thick for anything else than the 2022 Alloy Reign, and the new cover is only for the new 800WH Option.
However, you will be able to fit a 625wh into the 2019 Trans E+ SX (had one myself), and also a 800WH battery with a new cover.

PS: I have all of these batteries in house, so this is my experience.
