Kenevo SL 65mm shock on KSL ?

Hi everyone. I’m eyeing up a tasty shock upgrade - DB Kitsuma but it’s 230x65. Two things please - 1) does this cane creek fit ok
2) will I foul at 65mm stroke vs 62.5stock?

Thanks. Yes I’ve just done this and I’m pretty happy 2.5mm more will present no issues.
So far it’s looking good that a katsumi 230x65 air is green for go !

What size is your KSL? I have a 65mm stroke shock on my S5 and have no clearance issues.

To check it fitted on mine I took the spring off, put the shock back in and moved it through its travel. I also used my weight to compress the bump stop to check for clearance on full bottom out. There was plenty of room.

It’s not just 2.5mm. That’s your shock. Your suspension as stock is ~170mm travel with 62.5mm shock movement. Now it’s ***mm with 65mm shock movement.

It’s a pretty simple math problem.

It adds 6.8mm of travel by my calculations. Not a lot but you might as well use it if you’ve got the option.

S3 with a 65mm shock gives 179mm travel checked with a pen in the rear axle hole and a board.
