Its been 5 weeks since I ventured out, I normally do 4 times a week averaging 100 miles a week or more on a good week so nothing fancy.
Busy with home stuff and work, a bit of laziness toped off with an accident involving my leg is my excuse for the lack of motivation.
I ventured out last night on my small 12 mile training route. Fitness about the same, really enjoyed it but holy shit my ass hurt
5 weeks off and something happens to your ass that's not pleasant. I can do 30 mile rides without any problem but it would seem a few weeks off the bike and the only negative is a soft ass
Off to Scotland for holiday this Thursday on the Cairngorms so taking the bike to see if i can find a few adventures and tighten my ass back up
