So did a fantastic ride the other day , I was rather broken afterwards... very rough trails and my upper body took a pounding throwing a full fat Levo around for just under 3 hours.

I decided to see where I get with the default setting on the Levo (35/35, 35/90, 90/90) I don't like stressing the motor at 100% and was supprised at the range I got.
Did a 42km ride with 1536m climbing and got back with 29% battery (20% of the ride was in trail)
700ah battery ... not the smoothest terrain, lots of climbing switchbacks where you de-accelerate and then need to accelerate again.
when my 2 riding partners pullout out 15km from the end (they were running low on battery) I updated the eco to 35/45 and blasted the last bit on my own.

I recon if I ride with Analog bikes and I lower the settings I should get about 60km out of a 700 battery ?

Easily! It just depends on how much you are willing to push those pedals. In the following ride I did just a little less climbing than you but pushed out nearly two and a half times the number of calories.

That said, about 25km was asphalt, which makes a big difference on range. The rest was soft sand, gravel and rocks.

Finished with 2 bars out of 5 showing on my 625Wh battery. I had a bit of range anxiety at the start because the sand was a lot deeper than I'd expected. At 30km into the ride, the range indicator was showing only 30km left. However, the sand gave way to rock, and so the battery consumption reduced massively.
