Hi. I bought my Allmtn 6.0 in April this year and was having an absolute amazing time with it. Then on 2nd July (my birthday), the battery developed a fault whilst charging and was diagnosed as a failure and I'd need a new one. Well another email to Raleigh today and the new delivery date is 16th October. The date has been put back several times now. So I've effectively missed the whole summer and all the plans I had were ruined.
I know everything going on in the world/industry is against me at the moment but this is the most frustrated I've been with the Sport since I took it up in 2005. Haibike have agreed to pause my warranty.
Is anybody else waiting on a part? I'm just so annoyed having a £5000+ bike just sat in the garage I can't use.
Is there anything I can do? Raise a complaint with trading standards or similar?
