Try Maxxis Assegai and DVO stuff.
You could probably do it on the full powered Kenevo expert but have to tune the settings and keep it in eco. Still has much more power than an SL motor so I think you’ll be just fine. I had a Levo SL as my first e-bike but had to turn myself inside out to keep up with my buddies on standard E bikes, so I did what I should have done from the beginning, but a full power E bike. luckily, I got an S works gen 2 Levo for half price brand new in early 2020 before Covid hit and prices skyrocketed. Now I’m on a Kenevo expert and it slays everything. Should’ve started with a Kenevo and never look back….live and learn….I currently have a Kenevo SL, but looking at Full power options and like the thought of 29er Kenevo. (Pole Voima & Whyte also in my thoughts)
Know that range is subject to a lot of factors, but wondering how the Kenevo 29er with a 700 battery does. Struggling to see much on this.
I’m 85 kg kitted up, average fitness. Are 40 mile rides 3500 ft easily achievable? Ride mostly ECO/Trail on the SL with boost when very steep. But would hope to be taking on harder climbs having the extra power.
Thanks
I really should test both if I can but too busy at work so tempted to buy blind. I read that they feel big hence the question . Don’t feel cramped on a day of seated exploring ?I’m 5 foot 11 and feel great on my S3. I could’ve gone with an S4 but I rode both sizes and decided and S3 felt better to me.
I I don’t feel cramped at all on my S3 but it comes down to how you personally feel on the bike. How long your arms, torso or legs are etc. if you can I would definitely ride both sizes if possible to narrow it down. I ride steep trails, flow trails and some tight single tracks both uphill and down. If I was solely focused on downhill I may go to the bigger size for me personally. My other bike was a generation 2 levo in size large, which has a shorter reach than the S3 Kenevo.I really should test both if I can but too busy at work so tempted to buy blind. I’m 5’10 and ran an S4 Kenevo 29/29, brother has an S3 with a similar set up.I think I am about to pull the trigger on a Kenevo Expert today . 5 ft 11 1/2 and would have bought the S4 but plan to mullet it or go full 29 over time. My question is would you think a S3 size would be better considering my plans ?
I can second was has been outlined above: I am 5 '10 (shorter torso, long legs) and running the 29/29 Kenevo in S3. It's spot on! With a 27,5/27,5 setup and a steep HA, I might go for the S4. But when you plan on mullet or 29/29 I recommend S3 - but it's still a matter of personal preferences.I’m 5’10 and ran an S4 Kenevo 29/29, brother has an S3 with a similar set up.
S4 was great for Pure fast straight line chunk but the S3 was much nicer for everything else.
I went over to an S3 KSL and the fit is bang on.
I would personally go with the S3 if I went back to a FF Kenevo. Just a nicer size to manage.
Did you fill the frame with helium? What tyres?Just purchased a 2021 Kenevo Comp and did the 29/29 conversion the current weight is only 22.3kg with pedals (500w battery).

Assegai exo 2.4, Butcher grid 2.3Did you fill the frame with helium? What tyres?
My Gen 2 Levo weighs 24.5kg with pedals.
Only a few mm. A2c on a 29 180mm boxxer is about 580mmHi sorry for thus question but I'm trying to get my head round it ? If you fit 29er lowers on the boxer course you get the geo/HA back to normal if u drop uppers through a bit ?
Should be, chainstay length and seat tube angle are the same on all sizes.
What length XFusion post you have when you got it so down? Here is a photo of the saddle clearance on a size S3. The tyre is an Aggressor 2.5, the post is as low as the frame will allow, and the rails on the SQlabs saddle are quite low.
The seat tube length on the S2 is 20mm less than the S3, so it gonna be tight on an S2 unless you run the post about 30mm or more up! Otherwise, you’d have to run a shorter travel dropper.

It’s the standard 150mm drop post that comes on the S3. I don't run it that low, l just slammed it to show the worst case. What length XFusion post you have when you got it so down?
