I'm no expert but to me it looks like the paint has cracked around where a metal insert will have been bonded into the carbon for the suspension pickup point

It doesn't look pretty but I'm not sure I'd be too concerned.

It could be just the paint cracking, but it may not. At that distance, you must be still under warranty, so register the claim in case you get told its paint and then it fails big time. Even if it fails big time outside the warranty period, because you registered your concern, were dismissed and later proved correct, it will count in your favour.

Even a paint fault is of concern. Is water seeping in through the crack? What longer term damage is being caused by that seepage? If you come to sell, the buyer will spot the crack and assume it's the frame and either refuse to buy or demand a price drop. It needs fixing. At the very least, Cube could issue a letter saying that there is absolutely no cause for concern.

Hi, I had exactly the same problem. They gave me my money ...
At the moment I was mocking GIANT Trance X + PRO 2 and I am very pleased. The bike rides much better, is more stable and will tackle the trails like crazy. Overall is better. The only thing that is worse is the lack of KIOX and the application, the one from GIANT is 3 light years behind ;-)
