Levo Gen 2 21’ Levo cable clamp advise

I have a little fight whit this cable clamp that dos not come loose
Might it be connected to some internal bolt?
Need to get the tcu cable out..

It has several tubes to guide the cables. I'd stop trying to get it out as I don't think there's any point.

When I did the rear brakes on my Levo I found it doesn’t come out it only pulls out slightly giving room for the cable / hoses to be slacker it seams to have some internal mounting further down inside the frame so it pulls up and out slightly but couldn’t seam to actually remove it either

I had to take it out to allow enough cable run to raise my seat dropper cable. I can’t get the cables to sit flush to refit the bolt. It won’t come out completely even with the bolt removed.
