2022 turbo levo comp alloy shifting issues (after changing handle bars)

So I’m not sure if this is related but I changed the handlebar last night on the levo and now it doesn’t shift right. It sometimes doesn’t shift at all, or after it shifts it makes a bunch of noise like it didn’t shift all the way and I need to shift again (sometimes multiple gears) to get the clicking noise to go away. It wasn’t like this before.

I figure when I put the handlebars on maybe I threw something out of what with the shifter? Idk. Anyone have any ideas where to start? I’d rather wrench myself then take it to the bike shop. I want to learn.
