2021 Turbo Levo SL Comp

I decided to purchase a 2021 Turbo Levo SL Comp,
to my surprise I saw on the bike body: manufacture date 12.11 2019.
How to relate to this figure, could it be that the 2021 model is manufactur in 2019?

They had the Rocket Red frame in the 2020 range (which would have been manufactured in 2019), so I'd assume they are building the 2021 stock from existing Rocket Red frames, but with the 2021 component spec.

Neither the motor nor frame has changed for 2021 range, so you're not missing out on anything, assuming you *do* have the 2021 component spec of course!
