Greetings,
I have a 2021 Instinct PP A30. The last few years I've only put about 300 miles due to time constraints. Now that I'm retired, I get out nearly every day. A few weeks ago I noticed that my A30 would suddenly have an intense resistance as if the PAS stopped working. It happened a few times but really wasn't sure if it was a problem. This morning during a ride I stopped for moment, when I started again the PAS refused to engage. I rebooted the joystick (that's what it's called in the manual) a few times and no luck. I ended up walking the bike back home. The resistance was too much.
I reset the joystick per a video I found, and it seemed to help with the PAS. I happen to have a checkup with the dealer where I purchased the bike tomorrow. I have about one month left on my warranty.
I was wondering if anybody has an idea what might have happened, and if this may be component failure? Before my appointment tomorrow it'd be nice to identify if anything needs to be replaced.
I appreciate any feedback. /thx
