Hi,
I have an issue with my 2021 Meta Power SX 27.
It's no longer charging when the battery is in the frame, the charger's orange led is blinking. It is correctly charging with the adaptor when taken outside of the bike.
On the bluetooth Android app, the battery doesn't appear anymore when checking the devices, or checking updates. The image is just blank. I attached the screenshots. I updates everything since then, all is up to date, issue is the same.
Same thing at my local dealer, which is Shimano Service Center certified, battery is not seen by the diagnostic tool.
The battery still deliver the power properly to the bike... which is great, I can still use the bike!
The shop is gonna try to change the harness/mount between the battery and the motor, but he is not confident.
I already tried the continuity on the charging port, and cleaned all the connectors.
Has anyone already seen something like that?
Is it possible that's the battery is faulty?
Only thing that "happened" is that I had a break fluid leak inside the frame over the engine. It's Shimano's mineral fluid so I don't believe it's related. I cleaned it as soon as it appeared.
