2021 e160 300s battery upgrade?

Hi everyone,

I have recently bought the 2021 e160 300s and I have to say that I absolutely love it. I want to upgrade the battery as I have run out of Juice a couple of times already.

Is it a straight swap for the 504wh to the 630wh battery?

It doesn't look like you can change the battery. The website says the 300 uses the BT-E8035 battery whereas the 500 and upwards use the BT-E8036 which is a few inches longer. A few of us have looked to see if we can move the internal frame mountings to see if we can fit the longer (larger capacity) battery but no-one appears to have achieved this yet...

My 2020 e160 Limited uses the same battery as yours, my wife's 2021 e160 700 uses the larger battery and I've had a little look but it would be difficult...
