It has been four years since Rise debut and it looks there is no upgrade for the original battery. Getting the replacement also is hard and expensive.
After some research I've found this company in my area: Contact Us
I will contact them and see if they can upgrade my 2021 Orbea Rise M-Team battery.
I also have found another shop in Denver, Colorado; Welcome to Hi-C Battery -
I bet there is much more that kind of services all over the world and I would like to anybody that have any info and experience with them to share it here. That will help many e-bike owners.
