I don't think I'd bounce and recover like I used too..Shock and forks only done a half a dozen rides from new before I upgraded them.. so they shouldn't need a service for sometime.
New motor fitted less than 300miles ago by Leisure Lakes under warranty claim
New XD rear hub and cassette under warranty claim, and never used yet.
