About 3 weeks ago the belt on my 2020 S-Works Levo blew. Had a local bike shop swap the motor under warranty. After the motor swap the bike will only pedal for 50ft then will turn off and display an error on the TCU. Specialized sent out a new wiring harness and after that was installed still have the same issue with the bike turning off after you pedal it for 50ft. The bike shop has confirmed that all firmware has been updated. Has anyone seen this issue?

Check your rear wheel magnet. Bike will do this if there is no magnet on the rear wheel or if the magnet is covered with grime and needs to be cleaned. I forgot to transfer the magnet from one wheel to another one I fitted, and it did this exact same thing. Motor needs the feedback from that magnet to keep running and will shut off if it doesn't get it. Hope this helps.

The bike shop called me today and stated they are replacing the wheel sensor+cable. The bike was giving error codes and Specialized recommended to replace the wheel sensor. Makes sense and hopefully this resolves the issue.
