That is an absolutely cracking bike and well worth someone taking an interest.

Not me, I already have the 2021 8000 version and I'm thrilled with it.

I'm 6'1" also and I have the Large. My legs are an inch or so shorter than you would expect for my height and for an absolutely perfect fit, I could do with a 125mm travel dropper instead of the 150mm. Everything else is spot on.
