2020 Levo is not changing the power assistance level.

I have a 2020 Specialized Turbo Levo and the assistance level will not change when in any of the modes; Eco, Trail or Turbo. I have set the Trail mode in the Mission Control app to give me a power assistance between 30 and 100%. When I do any ride and when in the Trail mode the assistance level will start at 30% and stay there for the whole ride. I know this is not right because up until a couple months ago, the assistance level would change within the 30 to 100% range. I have the latest firmware and all systems are up to date. Thanks for any help.
