Description Description Ion Rascal Select MTB shoes. Can be used as flats or with SPD (I've used a Shimano cleat covers - and they grip really well on my Stamps). I've given them a half arsed clean, and they're good to go, but I guess a short spin in the washing machine would bring them up as new. Loads of life left in them.
