Hi All,
Haven't been on for a while. My trusty and that very athletic German Shorthair MTBDog had a leg injury and it put a damper on my riding for a while.
Specialized had replaced my 2017 S-works for a new 2019 leftover last year. My Specialized regional rep said my 2017 was the most ridden Levo he'd seen in these parts.
Motor went at about 1K miles, typical problem of the belt slipping.
My LBS is a fantastioc shop, if your a Triathlete but not an e-MTBR'r. i could use a little help. I assume this replacment motor is still a 2.1, but would be curious if the motor can actually be upgraded or if this version is it for this frame?
Also, I understand that the shop App and install process has changed with software and they no longer need the shop Dongle to do the data upload and software upgrade download?
If so can anyone point me in the right direction for the new install process?
Is it now done with a smartphone or still from a PC app and a mini USB connector?
Lastly, I heard there might be a few skeptics of the latest software version and is there consensus on which version is best?
The LBS is going to do the install tomorrow morning.
