2019 specialized Turbo levo speed limiter

I own a 2017 Turbo levo and was able to hack the specialized mission control app wheel diameter to get rid of the speed limiter. Is it possible to do the same hack with the new mission control app and new 2019 Turbo levo? Wondering if anybody has done this yet?

I think someone posted in the Specialized threads that you can't do this with the 2019 Levo anymore. In order to change the wheel size in Mission Control you have to actually take it to a dealer. And they can only set valid values.
