Description: Shimano SC E8000 Display Computer Screen For Repair Or Spares.
Condition is For parts or not working.
unit comes from a new bike bought in April.
done 1500km

Bashed my knee on the screen when I came off bike, LCD screen lid popped off and pulled ribbon cable for screen out of connector block on circuit board. The connector block and pins damaged.
I was able to push ribbon strip back in and motor on bike functioned and mode changes worked but screen was blank and not displaying anything.

Someone might be able to repair it or use some of the parts e.g. casing or lcd screen may still work on another unit with intact connector block.

I have a brand new warranty replacement one. Had to buy an emergency one for Alps trip form local bike shop then the warranty one turned up on doorstep when I returned however it is the E7000 B&W display the E8000 is not comparable with my E7000 motor on the basic E-Sommet

I paid £148 to Biketart for emergency one & when I got back from hols had a replacement from Wiggle it’s is the EC-7000 display would this fit your bike? Am happy to be less than cheapest you seen online. I was on a tight schedule so no time to shop around. It’s with the 31.8mm bar fitment too

Sorry I read your original post wrong. I was looking for the E8000 colour display one. So unfortunately I would also need 35mm bar clamp aswell. But thank you for posting on the thread ?

No worries, good luck in your search. I don’t know if they are inter compatible, Wiggle originally sent me an SC-E8000 display but didn’t work with the bike being an E7000 motor so sent back & ordered from lbs, new one Wiggle then sent is SC-E7000
