2019 levo

Switch on got red flashing bar at the top switched it of and on same happened then it whent out on its own rode it no prob stopped for cake started it again same thing happened then it went out on its own tried two batteries same happened with both could it be just cold

Might be TCU battery running low one of are 19 levos is throwing it up just depends what lights are flashing

Thanks that’s what it was red light flashed for about 30 seconds then went of and all blue ones ,what a job to change it what I did was push small tab it and tapped it on solid bench and it fell out

The "TCU" (Turbo Connect Unit) - in the top tube has it'sown integral 1620 battery which needs changing once in a while :

Levo SL - Has anyone actually replaced their TCU Battery?

Trying to replace the TCU coin battery in my 2020 Turbo Levo SL. Per the manual and what I can find on-line, grab your non-metallic tweezers and pull. Ordered a set of plastic tweezers from Amazon but they were all too thick to fit into the TCU. Has anyone actually replaced the battery and...

Yes just take tcu out push barry tab down on front give whole unit tap on something solid and it will come out

Terrible design . I had to drop the motor to get to the tcu battery .

I know 3 people all with 2019 Levos where the TCU battery has needed replacing. If you own a 2019 Specialized bike you should order one as they appear to have 3 year lifespan. Most dealers don't even know the TCU battery is replaceable.
