2019 E+1 grinding noise from r/h side of the motor

iv just had a new motor fitted due to a grinding noise coming from the r/h side of the motor, got the bike in nov 18 and has been sweet as a nut till 2 weeks ago! must say great service from giant newcastle (again) hope freehub fitted in march all the work done on the warrnty, a professional friendly service. the staff have said that its really unusual for a motot to fail mine was only the second one in all the years they have sold ebikes.

Were you able to record a video of the old defective motor with your phone? Just curious now...
