Other 2018 T Levo and Wahoo Bolt v2 - what works if anything?

I recently got a 2nd hand 2018 Turbo levo, and after riding it with my phone + crashing, I seriously need to get a cheaper GPS head unit.

The choices are down to a Garmin 530 and the (preferred) Bolt v2. Komoot would get on there and do the job with more safety vs expensive iPhone

But looking at their eBike official page the integration only mentions 2019+ to be fully supported.

What - if anything - would I be able to integrate into the Bolt v2 with my bike? All I am really after there is the ability to see my battery level and my motor setting. Anything beyond that is a nice-to-have plus.

I'll answer my own question after buying the Wahoo Bolt v2.

Even on this older model bike you get current motor mode (Eco, Trail, Turbo) as well as the battery %. So perfect for me and my needs.

The Wahoo also had a eBike data field for range, but that never populates with data and just shows 0.
