Levo Gen 2 2017 Levo battery repair

So after charging ready to ride, the next week battery fails to turn on after 38/39 charges and 100% battery health lbs informs me it needs replacing as its dead??? How can this be? Battery charged OK so cell's are good, seems water ingress is an issue and I researched the switch as an in point for water ingress. Well known apparently, question I have is, is there anybody who can repair battery units and reseal to avoid problem repeating?
