Do i need service at this point? I do a regular clean and maintenance of brakes and etc..
am i wrong if i continue to enjoy the rides with no pro service?
OK, I'm going out on a limb here, but it sounds like time for a new bike Maybe the Rise Hydro ? Or a KSL because it looks funky ?
Or carry on riding that one and don't worry about anything if you're checking things.
I'd check the bearing and suspension, but if everything feels fine when you're riding it .. then it's probably ok. There are service intervals but everyone's riding and riding conditions will be different and will wear things differently.
I would do a lower leg service and air can at least. Check the bearings as well, I've just had mine all done at a little over 2500km, and the shop said there were definitely at least 3 that were FUBAR.
is certainly on the longer side of things. Similar to changing the oil in your car, the more frequently you service your suspension, the better the fork will perform for longer.
EDIT _ the entire text i took from google - and it was obviously someone elses so not taken from an official fox site. But thanks for the edit all the same, though I've effectively just plagiarized someone
