I'm Joe currently a road cyclist, living half the time at the bottom of an alp. I want to get a emtb for the trials and maybe the local bike park.
I think I'll look for a 2nd hand machine

Hi and Welcome. You can save a load of money going for a 2nd hand bike. Though if you have someone who knows about mountain bikes ad can bring them with you to check the suspension, headset, drivetrain etc it might be good.

Thanks for the advice, I can do the up keep on a road bike but your absolutely right that would be very useful
