160rs missing bolt

Think I may have a missing bolt from don't tube.
Noticed slight knocking als from that area. I will post pic hop ya can. Let me know.
My thought is its missing something holding battery carrier hence knock. Also in pic appears to be a purchase mark from a screw

If that is the top hole on the down tube...yes it should have a bolt in there which holds the upper battery stop.
