Has anybody experienced an 03 info error. Got power bot not getting anything from the motor. Checked cables. I’m thinking it may be the motor controller. Any advice would be great.

It’s an eco expedition. Not sure on the motor as it’s my father in law’s. It’s a rear wheel motor though.

If it is, the display it uses is called a KTLCD3. The manual explains that error code 03 is hall sensor irregularity.
Have you had to remove the back wheel for any reason?
The motor should connect via a 9 pin connector with arrows corresponding to the direction the interface should meet. Unplug the 9 pin motor connect and plug it in again (obviously remove the battery). In addition, remove any cable zip ties which may keep the motor attached/secured to the chainstay in case the cable ties are too tight (be careful not to cut through the controller cable when removing the cable ties).

Keep me posted if the problem still persists ??
