Hi, Can any tell me, is it possible to swop TCUs between bikes? The TCU works OK but we can’t reset the bike data. Is there a way to do a full factory reset and add the new bike? Thanks.

Will not turn on. I remove TCU and unplug Y connector. (It is completely clean and straight) reconnect and it turns on every time no problem. Shows full charge, no error lights. I can turn it on and off at will unless I leave it for a few hours… After a few hours I try again. Will not turn on...

Hi all. I know there are lots of posts on this but back is. I've just had the TCU replaced as it was doing the flashing red issue. Its not worse and flashes red twice before turning off.. What do I do now?

The MasterMind TCU that equips the LEVO PRO can collect information from the SRAM AXS. However, Sensor / Pair ANT / Shifting pairing does not work. Who would have more information on this subject? Thanks . John

OK so big thanks (again) to Berkshire Bikes who this morning just replaced my motor, tcu, power cable and hmi cable as my bike turned itself into a very heavy brick on Wednesday. Anyhow, I didn't know this. I'm sure its posted somewhere but thought I'd take the time to repost it just in case...
