seat post

Hi does anyone know where to buy a Haibike Seatpost ++ ? Does anyone replaced the original Seatpost by another one ? Mind you share the reference / model of what you purchased ? thank you H

My wu seat post has broken. The part which comes out and goes back in to make the seat angle has come out completely. The shop says that this will not be covered by guarantee because it has not been serviced by the shop. However, I have serviced it myself according to the owners manual only...
