I have followed the very useful thread on maintaing the 1.1 motor and opened mine up (Kenevo SL) to find a load of dirt and some water in it. I had been suffering from issues with needing to pedal really hard to get the motor to kick in. Fortunately, a clean, dry and grease fixed it...
