    Frame Warranty query; 2020 Giant e reign pro broken frame linkage to chainstay.

    Hi I have a 2020 Giant e reign pro and broke sides of the frame linkage to chainstay landing a jump. Thankfully no crash just a loud KA-BOOM noise and came to a stop. Does anyone know if this part of the bike is considered The Frame for warranty purposes? Thanks. ps yes cable tied it...

    Issues with ridecontrol

    Hello! I am having issues with my ridecontrol on my Giant Fathom E+3, the button to switch modes up doesn’t work at all. Does anyone in here know a easy fix for this? Now it’s stuck in one of the weakest modes and That’s too slow for me😂 Thanks for the help..
