    Heckler sl motor issue

    I have a brand new heckler sl. The motor stops engaging once accelerate over 10 mph. Obviously it’s supposed to cut after 20 mph. Has anyone run into this issue? I’ve calibrated the speed sensor and checked for any motor faults through the toolbox software. Firmware is up to date too. Thanks!
