So I've decided to go tubless at last and this is my first attempt at it. I have managed the front without any issues however after about 20 mins the tyre loses psi (around 20) is this normal for the first install ? I have no sealant leaking from anywhere and can't hear any air...
No such thing as gentle gradients in the yorkshire Dale ?, I'll go for the larger chain ring before the group set for now ...the Altus is mega sloppy at chaining gear just need it gone ....so potentially stick with a 9 speed ?

I'm in need of some advice on a new gear set up mainly on the rear cassette
I currently have Altus 1x9 and a 11t -36t cassette and finding at I'm easily pedalling out in 7th/8th and 9th is just abit to hard to cruise , climbing wise it's fine in the granny.
I'm looking at upgrading...
I highly recommend the mud hugger I've used them for years on all my bike they do a small ..medium and large for the rear.i personally used the small and the FR on the front

So I've covered over 150 miles in peace, I washed my E Seniter For the first time yesterday using a watering can Muc off cleaners and a soft brush ....dried it down applied a light coat of muc off bike protect ....wiped it all down and it looked spanking !!!

Also use the Quad lock ...pricey but worth it my phone stayed on my motorbike after a smash last year ....bike was a right off but the phone was untouched !! ??
It's been working fine since leaving before powering down, I was switching it off before I'd even come to a stand still and that's what they told me was the issue, once my LBS is back open fully I'll get them to look at it and hopefully they will help with the warranty as it's a CRC bike and...
After speaking to shimano to diagnose the fault, it was put down to user error. The bike needs time to store the memory andni was powering the bike down before it had chance to do this, I have been advised to leave the bike to power its self down or leaving it 2 or 3 mins after coming to a stop...

I have a few bits to go on ... Fat bars, hope stem and Xt brakes but only as cosmetic upgrades and is I have them off my old Dh bike ..Out of the box it's all more than usable ! So in no rush to get them on

Been out for a ride this evening did about 12 miles ..Odometer was reading fine !! Until I switched the bike off .....when I switched it back on the ODO jad changed from 25miles down to 12miles and the DST from 12.1 to 0.9 miles ..time travelled from 38mins to 4mins. However the clock was still...
So just done a mile ...exactly 1 mile on strava and Garmin and the bike reads 1.1 mile so as near an it can be ....its very strange I'll review it again over a longer commute later in the week
