Yes, I literally received an email from SRAM today and they’re expecting the updated app to be released within the week. It will address the firmware issue we’re all experiencing.
Got it, thanks. So I'm definitely going to ask them to replace the cable with the v3 harness BUT it would seem I also have a dead battery. I'm still floored that my battery died after owning the bike for 4 weeks. Just when I thought nothing could take that stupid grin off my face climbing hills...
Further, and not that I have, but aren't you supposed to be able to ride these bikes thru streams, etc? I would think at that point you're soaking the entire engine, power harness, crank assembly, etc. If that is a HUGE NO-NO, then I'll avoid it but isn't that half the fun....taking a mountain...
Thank you Jeffw. So you're saying the v3 cable will not allow water into the power cable harness? Also, I unplugged that harness to charge the battery but the battery itself did not register any green LEDs at all. That led me to believe something was wrong with the battery since the harness was...
I charged my Turbo 3 days ago and verified it was fully charged before unplugging. I also verified it powered on the the TCU displayed full bars. Today I went to ride and it would not turn on. I plugged in the charger and no lights turned on by the charging port.
What is going on? I’m going...
That may very well be my issue (although I've only had the bike a week but it was manufactured June 2019 so I suppose that might be a problem that was building up). I do see in the video mention of a vent valve tool which my bike did not come with...not sure if the seat post/bike should have...
Thank you for that info...at least it sounds like it's not me. And based on my components, I need two of those updates (seat post and derailleur). I'll just wait for the next app update and hopefully this gets addressed.
I recently bought a 2020 Specialized SW Turbo Levo which comes standard with the SRAM AXS Reverb seat post. I've noticed that when the seat post "goes to sleep" (i.e. if the bike has been sitting a few minutes), that when I sit on it, the seat post moves down and up with just the air pressure in...
I am trying to update the firmware on my AXS components. The AXS app indicates two of my components require a firmware update and showing a red exclamation. When I select the component and clock the link for the firmware update, there's no button/link to actually download or start a firmware...
I apologize if this was already posted but I did my best to search all the forums. And I wasn't sure if the design of the bikes changed from 2019 to 2020. Basically, I just bought my Turbo and noticed how fast dirt and rocks get "stuck" right in the pivot point directly behind the motor. It's...
