E-bike market is very well protected.
Specialized has one of the best warranty, but they don't repair the motors.
They exchange for one new or one refurbished motor.
Ask your dealer.
But don't be surprised that if he hasn't sold the bike, he probably will charge you for the labor.

Not sure the 5% difference comes from unbalance!
I think it comes from temperature variation.
I noticed this espacially when the weather is hot or after a low temperature ride.
The problem is less pronunced when I recharge immediately after the ride and when inside and outside temperatures are...
For me 250w continous to 25km/h,
decreasing slowly to 100W at 30km/h,
decreasing to 60W at 32km/h, and cut over.
This could satisfy most of the people.
And like some people say, we don't need SUV e-bikes.
If you want throtle, buy a motorbike.
Yes, Wall first, then Battery.
This is truth for most "e-bike chargers".
For low voltage chargers (Phones, cameras,...) it doesn't matter.

I always use the rotors more than the pads!
And it's the manufacturer configuration, Shimano with resin pads.
But hopefully they last enough (more than 5000km).

Can you confirm the evolution from 1.1 to 1.2?
Battery is identical.
Motor has same gears (but different material to reduce noise and allow more safety margin).
Software is different to allow more torque and more short term power.
Probably that the dynamic comportment is also changed in the...
Sorry to deceive you guys.
Mine is 145 cycles and indicate still 100%.
But I know that it's no more 100%.
Because a lot of people had their battery's health declining too fast at the beginning, Specialized decide to indicate still 100% even if it's not truth. Because they probably use 10%...
With Specialized App, it would still be 100% , but not correct.
But look at this Link, if your battery is maintained often at 100%, it could explain the decrease.
Store it between 60 and 80% :)
Have a Nice Day.

Draining the battery to 0 will kill the it prematurely.
See other posts relating to the good use of a Li-ion battery.
Do's and Don'ts for e-bike battery care. What do you do to keep your battery performing at its best?
In fact draining the battery below 10% at high current will shorten it's...
I think there is a Coulomb counter in the battery.
For the SL batteries (Levo, Creo, Vado,...), 15 minutes of charge = 10% of charge.
So when I have to charge my battery, I calculate the time, and cut it after that time.
For example 45 minutes for 30% of charge.
That's easy, you can use a...
