Ordered it couple week back and courier left it outside my house........ in a box that says hope hoops. Wheel went missing. So while I was waiting to see what they would do I ended up buying a new one and then they decided to replace after the investigation. So now I have this one ??

I just say “sorry” when passing them while they push uphill. I’m also a normal bike rider too so I say sorry to myself aswell ?. Jokes aside most people just carry the opinions of others from the internet. And guarantee 80% or more have never ridden one.
