here she is in all her glory. the maiden trail voyage went fine I’ll have to make a doctors appointment to have the smile removed from my face as it transformed a pretty bland trail into really good time. Ready to move to the big stuff, just wondering how far down the road a spare battery awaits.

Ok, figured out the elec block thingy- it’s an adapter to charge Steps 6000 batteries.

Ok got the chainstay protector on, still not sure what the elec block is. One of the plugs is solved as it mates to the output of the charger but still don’t know what 4 prong end is for.

I do have 2 pieces that don’t know what they are- One is black block with electrical connectors, cant seem to figure out what it’s for. The other is Commençal branded piece of L shape rubber looking like bumper or mini chainstay protector. I’m prob just in brain fart mode and will figure them...

Ok, bike arrived and aside from the dropper cable everything went together fine. Dropper cable was only partially routed and required motor removal to sort out. Ft rotor was also slightly warped but was easily sorted. Firmware update went fine, just made sure to be in a WiFi area and went fast...

So the 3 inch tires fit fine? I was wondering if 2.8 minions would fit, I have no exp with the high rollers but the igniters on my analog bike seem to be washout prone. It need something for aggressive cornering on dusty hard pack.
