Warranty is so important.. I've owned a '19 levo from new 2,800miles covered x1 motor failure at 1000miles. swapped quickly with the specialized concept store(30mins away thankfully) I really can't fault the bike over those 2800 miles- its really taken some abuse in the 2+ years i owned it...

Hope it doesn't take too long to fix her up... very annoying I'm sure.

Is this still an issue? I take it specialized haven't yet introduced a revised retrofit door ? is that in the pipeline? just about to commit £5.2k to a '22 Levo- and this is giving me no confidence in this years offering.. is duct tape the only option? or are there some heath-robinson fixes?
