I've recently been pushing my ride lengths and struggling to get my battery usage more efficient.
Also, my buddies with bigger batteries on their e-bikes are able to go another 10-15 miles.
So it's time to get a tec pack... Anyone selling one?

I've bought my bike inside where it's warmer and it's still not charging. Looks like I'll be returning to Rutland today.

I'm going to bring the bike in and see if a warmer environment helps, failing that I'll take the bike back to Rutland this afternoon for a swift fix.
Dammit, had by bike 2 days and done 2 rides taking the battery down to 2 bars both times. Now it's not charging, just green light flashes a few times and then stops :(
I left the charger connected with 'no' light for 3 hours (after a call to Rutland Cycles told me it;s not a problem if the light...

Did you get a replacement charger, how long did you have to wait?

I'm having a similar problem. Had the bike 2 days. Done 2 rides both times ended up with 2 bars left.
Tried charging bike this afternoon and noticed the green flashing charge light stops blinking after 5-6 times. I phoned my supplier (Rutland) and asked if that's normal and told bit to worry...
You obviously speak from experience, those Fenland hills are notorious :p
The closest trail to me is 17ft below sea level!! It then climbs to a massive 25ft so I'm taking oxygen with me!
Abut 20 mins drive I can get to High Lodge at Thetford. It offers some nice little rollers so looking forward...
I know, the value is unreal, especially for the price I got it. Convinced myself it's a great first emtb and then after 12-18 months I can decide whether to upgrade with something else if I (hopefully) get into it :)
