Hi Samwise, depending what you have changed, you can change it back to the original status and then go to the bike shop. At the same time, if in US is allowed to ride at 32km/h why would it affect the engine? and the warranty? Is just a matter of local laws. You have to take your own decisions...

Buy it, it´s worth the money for changing from EU to USA.
