I returned from a long ride today and intended to recharge but I could not remove the connector plug that attaches the data cable to the battery. I’m not sure if it overheated or what but I had to force it out and it cracked. My LBS is a Specialized Dealer but just started selling e-mountain...

E-Bike is now allowed in Federal National Parks!

There are dozens of great trails in the Wasatch Mountains where I ride and only a few forbid e-bikes. I have no plans to test the legality of this Order but the question still stands. Do you really think a BLM employee or a National Park employee on the trails is going to overrule their boss...

E-Bike is now allowed in Federal National Parks!

The Secretary of the Interior, in an Order, declared my Levo a “Non-motorized bike.” I will print this Order and keep it in my pack. Do you really think a BLM employee or a National Park employee on the trails is going to overrule their boss and call my e-bike a motorized bike?

E-Bike is now allowed in Federal National Parks!

Only one class will be allowed as written in the letter and I’m confident it is class 1. “For the purpose of this Order, "e-bikes" shall mean "low-speed electric bicycle" as defined by 15 U.S.C. § 2085 and falling within one of the following classifications: i) "Class 1 electric bicycle" shall...

This is good news. I was stopped by two US forestry workers last week in Utah while riding on Forestry land. They mentioned nothing of this upcoming order.

Original Levo - Peak Power is global setting?!

I just purchased a spare battery for my ‘18 Levo and have the same issue. I am able to adjust peak power for all three modes with one battery but not the other. I guess I need to take the battery back to my LBS to have the firmware updated.
