Going cable free. I bit the bullet and ordered the SRAM AXS x01. This derailleur was plagued with poor shifting since I purchased the bike and has had 3 cables since new.

There's no rust on the components and the bike is well used and maintained, doing around 120 miles per week during lockdown. The chain is dry/wet lubed after every ride depending on the weather and I rotate 2 chains on a weekly basis. It's very dusty & dry where I ride at the moment.

LBS fitted the new parts and gave me the old ones back. The cable, despite looking worse for wear dies actually work. The TCU is kaput so i thought id take it apart and take some pics. If you do need to replace a TCU out of warranty, they are £170....
My Levo has developed a fault which will likely get fixed under the Specialized warranty (TCU/Battery connector cable). The bike shop where I purchased it from back in June is a 4 hour round trip. Has anyone had warranty work done in a different place to where they purchased their bike?
