    Charge display

    Shortly - my display is going off everytime I want to run my bike. Giant check it and said it has to be replaced with a new one. But cmon ... 5 weeks of waiting and still nothing? I thought they are big enough to provide spare parts. Summer is going to end soon! Anyone pls HELP :((

    Trance E battery health

    My advice - just try to not overheat it. High temps are deadly for LI not the actual SOC. The BMS or built in charger thermistor should prevent it from damage, but remeber lithium ion batts don't need oxygen to burn.
