Found out through this site how to check motor production date. My 2021 Levo had a motor from 8/2020 . My new motor is from 10/2021 production date. See if this one is more reliable.
My 2021 Levo comp just failed at 1150 miles. Bike is 11 months old. Im dissapointed to say the least. My giant had 3200 miles on it when i sold it. I like the Levo alot better, but not happy on the motor issues!!!
Bike only made it 1058 miles and now it is making such horrible noises from the motor. This is so disappointing as my giant trance has well over 3,500 miles that my friend now owns and never had a motor issue.
My brand new 2021 Turbo Levo battery failed after 13 miles of use. Same issue you described, put a friends battery in it & all was good. My local bike shop was awesome & took another brand new battery off a showroom bike. 289 miles so far without issues.
It was confirmed this morning that my battery failed with only 35 miles of use. They are taking one out of another brand new bike as I would have to wait 3 to 5 days to get one. So I can't thank Bike line my local specialized dealer enough for helping me out
So frustrated, after owning a giant trance for 2 years and no issues whatsoever with the electronics my brand new 21 specialized Turbo levo battery fails, it only has 35 miles on it. Determine if it's the battery as we took one out of my buddy's bike and mine turned on right away. Weird thing is...
Well only ridden it 5.5 miles I would say the 2 biggest differences are front end weight is noticebly lighter & the motor is more smooth yet delivers better power on the few hills i tried.
Finally joined the Turbo Levo club. After 2 very good years on a Giant Trance, I sold it & got a 21 Specialized. Only rode it for 5.5 miles, but what a huge difference. I'm in love with the Levo
If you let government control what you can do, you got problems. I'm not staying in no f***ing recommended area. I elect those assholes, they don't control me
