The design has definitely been improved on the most recent models with M560. I think Hybridizer should be sending you a replacement cover. I use an airline on mine after washing to keep it clean and dry.

Hey Neeko, can you update the firmware on the SANN with Besst pro? I’ve been told by K1 I have an early beta FW on my M560 SANN and Hybridizer said I need to ship it back to them for FW updates, which is insane!

Unfortunately I can’t access the Bafang app with my bike according to the brand (Hybridizer). I tried anyway and the app won’t find my bike so I guess they have a tweaked FW. The screen (in frame) does have a Hybridizer splash screen so I assume this. According to them my FW version is...

I can confirm my M560 has reduced power from 20% down. The behaviour seems to be capped at mode 3 of 5. Modes 1-3 seem to work normally, modes 4 & 5 seem capped at mode 3 assistance.
