thanks for the reply. Yes ive tried 8nm. Quite stiff but still possible to turn the handlebars. (Bike was purchased direct from Amflow on line).

Hi, On receipt of new Amflow bike i followed the "Quick Start Guide" to assemble the bike, however I am having a problem getting the handlebars and stem "tight". That is when i tighten the stem bolts (section 2-b) using the required torque figure it is still possible to rotate the handlebars...
